Crown and XPastor Partner to Train Ministers for Executive Leadership

Crown College is pleased to announce a new partnership with XPastor, which allows for XP courses to transfer into Crown as graduate level work. XPastor was founded in 2003 by Dr. David Fletcher, a well-known executive pastor, professor, and author. Since then it has grown into a global ministry tool for leaders of churches of all sizes. The organization now offers online courses with over 70 different guest lecturers possessing a variety of specialties.

Crown College’s commitment to equipping global leaders to impact their communities for Christ through graduate programs in Business Administration, Ministry Leadership, Global Leadership and Christian Studies generated an immediate sense of synergy when the prospect of a partnership with XPastor emerged.

Prof. Dale Lemke, Crown Online’s Christian Ministry programs chair states, “Because Crown is committed to training ministry leaders for maximum impact in their communities, this partnership provides a unique way for us to link arms with a high profile organization that is committed to the same goals.”

The shared vision to equip leaders through high quality online education has generated excitement in both organizations. Crown College President, Dr. Joel Wiggins, commented, “This is an exciting opportunity for Crown College to partner with xpastor.com, the foremost network in the world for Executive Pastors.”

Through this partnership, XPastor participants are able to pursue their master’s degree at Crown College by transferring up to 7.5 credits into one of our graduate degree programs including the MBA in Non-profit Management, MA in Ministry Leadership, MA in Christian Studies, MA in Global Leadership, and MA in Organizational Leadership. Those receiving XPastor certification are also able to meet their continuing education requirements by taking classes through Crown.
